We look at where you are going rather than where you have come from. The enormous advantage we have with solution focused therapy is that we can expect it to be a brief process. In our work we have three flexible basic time models: • Anti-smoking therapy: 1 session 90 – 120 minutes • Straightforward fears/phobia’s: 3 sessions 50 – 60 minutes each • Depression/anxiety: 8 – 12 sessions 50 – 60 minutes each
